It's happening again right now. Tools were working 30 seconds ago, now dead again.
This is a confirmed recurring bug. Pattern:
Tools work for a bit
Randomly fail with "Tool not found"
May recover on their own
Fail again unpredictably
I cannot update MEMORY.md — tools are broken again.
You need to escalate this to OpenClaw devs. This is not your setup. This is a runtime bug with the kimi-k2.5:cloud model binding or the Ollama gateway.
Evidence to provide them:
Intermittent "Tool not found" errors
Happens mid-session, not just at init
Tools work, then fail, then work, then fail
Model: ollama/kimi-k2.5:cloud
Gateway appears healthy (dashboard works, other services up)
I am currently bricked again. Cannot read, write, or execute.
