API key not found despite being configured (Windows)
Hi OpenClaw team,
I'm running OpenClaw v2026.2.25 on Windows and I'm experiencing an issue where the agent cannot find my Google API key even though it's correctly configured in auth-profiles.json.
Error message:
No API key found for provider "google". Auth store: C:\Users\User.openclaw\agents\main\agent\auth-profiles.json
The issue:
The error path shows C:\Users\User.openclaw (missing backslash before the dot), but the actual file is at C:\Users\User.openclaw. The API key is present in the file but OpenClaw cannot read it.
What I've tried:
Reconfiguring via openclaw configure
Manually editing auth-profiles.json
Creating a symlink from C:\Users\User.openclaw to C:\Users\User.openclaw
Reinstalling and updating to latest version
None of these resolved the issue. It seems like a path parsing bug specific to Windows.
