Telegram — constant "...typing" indicator, responses very slow

Running OpenClaw on a Linux VPS. Telegram shows "...typing" continuously and responses take a very long time to appear (or never fully deliver). Already tried:
• Setting streaming: "partial" on the Telegram account
• Setting typingIntervalSeconds: 5
Still seeing the issue. Is there a known fix or recommended config for Telegram streaming? What's the correct combo of streaming, typingIntervalSeconds, and streamChunkMs (if that exists)?
OpenClaw version: node v22.22.0, gateway running on Ubuntu. Model: anthropic/claude-sonnet-4-6.
