Multi-Agent and/or sub-agent setup question…

Currently run fully sandboxing single agent:”(docker) with rw access to workspace. Agent has problem executing skills and is limiting itself learning and develop.
Planning multi-agent or sub-agent setup anyway so thinking have at least some of them can have wider access and capabilities of course under a safe way.
Questions:
How to move my total sandboxing main agent to the host with all workspace no change? Should I just remove or create a new agent outside and make it main one?
