Best setup for mail automation

I'm wondering whats the best setup to use gmail PubSub to automate my mails with specific rules.
So as soon as a mail arrives i would like to sort out important/unimportant mails, spawn subagents to unsubscribe from newsletters and only inform me on a telegram channel/topic, if it's important or if any actions were taken.
My openclaw config looks like this currently

Solution

No — OpenClaw picks one agent per inbound message. Your “main agent” binding won’t also fire on the mail-topic messages unless you explicitly enable broadcast groups (which runs multiple agents).

For Telegram forum topics, routing works like this (simplified):

1) Try an exact peer match for the topic, e.g.

-100123…:topic:99

-100123…:topic:99

2) If there’s no exact match, fall back to the parent group peer, e.g.

-100123…

-100123…

3) Otherwise fall back to default agent

So if you have:

- a binding for

peer.id = "-100…:topic:99"

peer.id = "-100…:topic:99"

→

agentId: mail

agentId: mail

- and a binding for

peer.id = "-100…"

peer.id = "-100…"

→

agentId: main

agentId: main

(or default)

…then messages in topic 99 will go to mail, and the rest of the group (other topics) will go to main.
