help - local qwen2.5-coder 7b
Good evening. I'm trying to get qwen2.5-coder:7b working on Windows 10 with a GTX 3070 (8GB), 16GB RAM, and an AMD Ryzen 5 2600 Six-Core Processor, 3400 MHz, 6 cores, and 12 logical processors.

The main problems are that it doesn't remember things and can't use tools. Overall, it works only as a chatbot, nothing more. Is it possible to fix this, or is the model just too weak?
