Browser automation "Can't reach the OpenClaw browser control service"
How do i fix that?
What works:
•
Browser starts successfully (browser start works, Chrome processes launch)
• Pages can be opened and navigated to URLs
• Snapshots can be taken (I can see the page content)
What doesn't work:
•
Any browser actions (click, fill, type) fail with "Can't reach the OpenClaw browser control service"
Root cause: This appears to be a persistent integration issue between OpenClaw's gateway service and the Chrome DevTools Protocol (CDP). The service can connect to Chrome and get page info, but it cannot execute interactive actions.
