Openclaw no longer able to send telegram messages after update

Openclaw says he is able to read my messages but is unable to send.
The following cli command produces an error
$ openclaw message send --channel telegram --target 123456 --message "Your test message"
10:19:22 [telegram] telegram message failed: Network request for 'sendMessage' failed!

#### Option B: use Telegram’s official API to find your chat id
After you DM the bot once:
Find the
message.chat.idmessage.from.id--targetImportant Telegram rule (often misunderstood)
A bot cannot initiate a DM with a user. The user must message the bot first (which you’ve already effectively done if OpenClaw can “read” your messages).
