Telegram bot interaction over group only

I've set up my agent to communicate with a telegram bot, which is inside a telegram group. I only want to communicate inside this group, but the agent sends me DMs sometimes (on the wake webhook for instance or hearbeat.) How can i configure the agent so it only uses the group/channel to interact. I've set channels.telegram.allowFrom to my userID, and channels.telegram.dmPolict to disabled. Not sure if that's the right configuration in such case
