Send exec approvals to current session
I've setup my agent to communicate in my telegram group through a specific topic with bindings like this
The issue i face now is that as soon as there comes an exec approva request, it is sent to the main topic (basically only -10037174511211).
Also heartbeat is going to the main topic, which makes sense as i have set:
But the "gmail" agent should always send it to the topic 489 and not the main one.
The main agent on the otherhand should send it to the main topic
