Fluid Sink and more's "overflow valve" triggering problem in Progressive Blueprinters (8x8)

Using the 8x8 blueprinter, adding the "overflow valve" to an existing blueprint causes a couple of related problems.
* Trying to load the blueprint in the 8x8 blueprinter causes a crash to desktop.
* Trying to build the blueprint, it's offset by several hundred meters.
I see something similar has been reported before, but maybe this can help anyway.
Other mods are active, but don't seem to be involved.
