Does lag increase hourly?

Can for some weird reason, lag increase the amount of honey you make while macroing? So I run my pc 24/7 basically and since it's a very cheap one it starts lagging really quick. But for some reason, when my pc was running at like 10fps, my hourly went up from 2.5trillion to 3trillion. I have changed nothing in the recent days and my nectar has stayed relatively the same(I restarted it 2 hours ago and now it runs smoothly and my hourly is down again)
