Per-topic agent routing for Telegram forum groups
Description:
Currently, agents bind supports group-level routing but not topic-level routing within Telegram forum groups. When multiple named agents are bound to the same group, there's no way to pin specific agents to specific topics via config or the agents bind CLI.
Expected behavior:
openclaw agents bind --agent my-agent --bind "telegram:-100GROUPID:topic:TOPICID"
Current behavior:
The binding match schema is strict and does not include a threadId or topic field. The agents bind CLI has no syntax for specifying a topic. All agents bound to the same group compete for messages regardless of which topic they come from.
Impact:
Users with Telegram forum groups and multiple specialized agents (e.g. one per topic/domain) cannot achieve topic-level routing without separate bot tokens per agent β which is a significant overhead.
Suggested fix:
Add threadId (or topicId) as an optional field to the binding match schema, and support it in the agents bind CLI syntax.
