Issue with adding addons

I wana install some addons/mods into my pterodactyl panel but when i try instal the identifiers ( https://blueprint.zip/guides/admin/extensions ) its says error:
➜ pterodactyl blueprint -install identifier
09:32:27 INFO: Searching and validating framework dependencies..
09:32:27 INFO: Installing identifier... (1/1)
09:32:27 FATAL: identifier.blueprint could not be found or detected.
Can someone help me please. Thanks
