How can I put spend cap with $$$ amount?

I’m in the supabase pro plan. I have had to disable the spend cap since I have surpassed the storage limits on the default 100gb allowed. However this puts me at risk of abuse and incurring costs from bad actors spamming my endpoints. How can I put a cost cap like a dollar amount to ensure I am not caught off guard with a huge bill?
