Field drift/inactive honey

I’m frequently experiencing “inactive honey” issues where my character resets and goes back into the field then the same issue happens again. I’ve thoroughly read and adjusted everything listed in both “inactive honey” and “field drift” channels but nothing seems to fix it. The strange thing is when I screenshot (the issue always seems to happen when I’m away from home) it appears as though I’m outside the field but usually it will work fine for a while and then get stuck in the cycle or never happen at all, some days are worse than others. I don’t understand how it sometimes gets stuck in the cycle then sometimes doesn’t
