Response body object should not be disturbed or locked

I regularly get this undici error when running playwright tests on CI using github actions. I'm using nitro, and setting up playwright to just run bun dev. Any ideas? Could it be rebuilding as we're testing? Should I set ignore patterns or something on vite for the test reports?
