Project stuck in "Pausing" state - Cannot unpause

I paused my project and now it's stuck showing "Pausing..." status. I cannot unpause it anymore - the button doesn't work and the status never changes.

I've tried:
Refreshing the page
Logging out and back in
Different browsers
The project remains stuck and I cannot access it or unpause it. Can someone help resolve this?
