Request for feedback on data model (upgrading from TypeDB 2.x -> 3.x)

I finally started migrating a project to TypeDB 3.x and I would like to request some feedback on how I'm modeling to see if I grasped the new features.
I'm starting with a small part of my conceptual data model that represents Nodes (ROS nodes to be specific) that can have Parameters, which can have values ( bool, integer, double, string, and arrays of those).
For a short explanation of ROS params check:

ROS param value msg: https://docs.ros2.org/foxy/api/rcl_interfaces/msg/ParameterValue.html
I believe when lists are supported in TypeDB this model will be much simpler, but now I need to create a entity type for singleton and array values
