pgbouncer_connections is seeing massive spikes, we will hit our limit at 800

I can't track down what is causing this. any help will be much appreciated. Hit them at 21:21 MST, 21:48 MST, and 15:17 MST.
We see this sporadically but since switching to dedicated pooler we started seeing this super infrequently. But seeing it today and saw on March 2nd as well and can't figure out what's causing it.
