openclaw doesnt have write permissions?

running on laptop on windows through wsl and ubuntu. main issue when attempting to run in windows was write access? how do i give everyone write accesss

1. No shell/exec tool — I only have messaging tools right now (message, sessions_send, session_status). No exec, read, write, or edit. I literally can't run commands or touch files.
2. Sub-agents broken — sessions_send fails with "gateway token mismatch" so I can't even spawn a worker to do it for me.
The fix: restart the gateway in WSL2:
openclaw gateway restart
That should fix the token mismatch AND restore my full toolset. Right now I'm basically a chat-only bot with no hands.
