All troubleshooting tried - Unable to detect in-game GUI offset

I have gone through every single trouble shooting guide I have found but I still cannot fix this problem of the GUI offset. I fully reinstalled Natro Macro and nothing changed. I found a guy dealing with the same problem as me (found on this form:https://github.com/NatroTeam/NatroMacro/issues/1396)
And he found a solution, however I do not know how to do the steps he took to resolute his problem. Someone please help me :p
