heartbeat getting triggered very frequently
i'll literally send a new message and it would trigger a heartbeat . and im wondering why my message is not getting through.
according to my agent the heartbeat is supposed to not trigger during the day (only at night). how can i check what conditions there are exactly for heartbeat trigger?
