my agent keeps crashing, forgetting everything, and I've spent more time debugging than doing work
I'm running a DTC brand solo (Meta ads, Shopify) and bought a Mac Mini to set up OpenClaw as my ops manager. First win: built a real-time profit + subscription tracking dashboard. First L: spent $180 on Claude API in 2 days because my agent Baljeet kept taking me down rabbit holes and cortisol spiking me. Switched to ChatGPT subscription to stop the bleeding.
Now I'm realizing I can't build what I actually want because my bot is just dumb right now. Doesn't save memory properly — every /new he forgets everything. Give him a long task and he crashes. Give him two documents to cross-reference and the gateway dies. I've spent more time debugging him than being productive. 12+ hours in and I'm babysitting an agent instead of running my business.
I need directional help on three things:
Mission control dashboard — something where I can see what my agent is doing, task status, and edit his memory/SOUL.md files from a browser instead of SSH-ing in every time he breaks
Multi-agent Discord setup — I want to move from 1 agent on Telegram to 5 specialized agents on Discord (ops, creative, analytics, monitor, research) sharing one knowledge base. Anyone actually done this? What's the blueprint?
Memory + crash fixes — if anyone has solved the "agent forgets everything and dies on complex tasks" problem, please share what worked
