Agent responding in json format or not at all

What I think caused this: When I ran through the initial setup, I never fully completed the onboarding with the agent. I noticed the boostrap file still existed and read it's instructions that said it's supposed to be deleted when complete, it never got deleted. I ended up deleting in manually but still not sure what's causing this.
