Running online travel business with 23 humans
Hi there - looking for guidance on architecture for my business setup which I plan to replicate and white label for others. I have limited coding experience but have - after some intense learning (and alot of help from my bot and ai) - a VPS with docker running Openclaw 2026.3.2. My human sales reps chat to a single agent via whatsapp and there appears to be some semblance of isolation between the chats.
However, as I start thinking of scaling and adding skills like email and a CRM per user, it seems the obvious next step is to setup multi-agent routing. I'd rather put the right architecture in now than having to retrofit later.
Im looking for some guidance on whethe I should continue with the current setup and consider multi-agent routing once more sales reps join our business, and/or when the additional feataures of the service like email, crm, and social media integration are rolled in.
I have searched for articles and videos around this but can't find anything definitive.... any help greatly appreciated. Thanks
