Tried again targeting your configured ACP agent (agentId: coder, thread-bound session) — same result: acpx exited with code 1.
That means OpenClaw is allowed to spawn ACP sessions, but the local acpx runner is failing (missing binary, bad install, permissions, or config/env issue).
If you can, run these on the host where OpenClaw is running and paste output:
1) openclaw gateway status
2) acpx --version (or which acpx && acpx --help)
3) Whatever your logs show for the failed spawn (any “cannot find …”, “permission denied”, “module not found”, etc.)
Once I see the error text, I can tell you the exact fix (PATH/permissions/install/config).
