New Update Connection Failure

Hello. As shown in the screen shot, I keep getting this connection failure error after the most recent update. So far, what I have attempted is:
- Retarting my router and PC
- Switching to a Cloudflare DNS (1.1.1.1/1.0.0.1)
- Disabling IPv6 in my network properties
- Whitelisting Flarial Launcher in my firewall
Connecting via mobile hotspot managed to get it to work, which I believe means it's an ISP issue. My question is, what do I ask/request my ISP to change/fix?
Additionally, I tried to use the .dll file with Jiayi Launcher. (Downloaded both files, uploaded the .dll file as a mod, clicked launch) however, Flarial didn't inject/load. Is there any other way to launch Flarial?

edit: Downloading and enabling Cloudflare Warp has allowed me to connect to Filarial. However, then you can't connect to the Hive
- You can request a VPN exemption from Hive's Website (mine was denied)
AND/OR
- You can disconnect from Cloudflare Warp after Flarial Launches
