OpenClaw Audio/STT telegram Issue
Problem
• Voice messages (audio) from Telegram are NOT being transcribed
• Previously worked, now returns no transcript
• User relies on voice input due to difficulty typing

2. Google Cloud billing not enabled
3. Audio format (.ogg/opus) not supported by Google

• TTS (Text-to-Speech) uses Edge - WORKS
• Incoming voice produces NO transcript

1. Verify Google Cloud Speech API configuration
2. Check alternative STT providers (Whisper, Edge)
3. Verify audio file format compatibility
