🆘 Production project stuck in PAUSING state for over 1 hour — need urgent help

My production project Otto (ref:
I understand the team is handling high volumes.
Here's what happened:
- Last night I received a Disk IO Budget depletion warning
- This morning, PostgREST started returning 503 PGRST002 ("Could not query
the database for the schema cache")
- An autovacuum on
consuming all IO
- I initiated a pause via the Management API hoping to restart services, but
the pause never completed
- The
endpoints are blocked
I've tried everything programmatically (NOTIFY pgrst, restore API, upgrade API,
CLI) — nothing works while the project is in PAUSING state.
I just upgraded to Pro plan but can't even access the addons page to
upgrade compute.
This is a production CRM application used daily by our sales team. Any help to
force-restart the project would be hugely appreciated!
