I am writing to request assistance regarding my account access. I am currently unable to log in and, despite multiple attempts to reset my password, I am not receiving the recovery email or verification code.
Here are the details of my situation:
Account Email: kleyberth.estd@gmail.com
Issue: I have triggered the "Forgot Password" flow several times, but the emails are not arriving in my inbox, spam, or promotions folders.
Troubleshooting done: I have waited for more than 30 minutes between attempts and verified that I am not using an OAuth provider (GitHub/Google) for this specific account.
Urgency: I have active projects hosted on the platform (including database and authentication services) that I need to manage urgently.
Could you please check if there is an issue with the email delivery for my account or if my address has been flagged by the mail server?
