Domain Verification for TXT entry fails

Hi, I'm trying to verify a custom domain in Supabase Project Settings → Custom Domains but it keeps saying "Unable to verify records from DNS provider yet" even though the TXT record is fully propagated.
I've tried clicking Verify multiple times over the past ~15 minutes. DNS is on Route 53. Is there a known issue with the verification service or is there something I'm missing?
