Failed to load disk size data

Since yesterday, mi PROD instance is down and I don't know why. CPU and RAM are below the limits but I'm not able to check the disk size, looks like the instance is down (I can't connect with the db).
It's urgent, I've contacted the support but it say 1-2 days...have you already experienced this?
