Hello,
I'd like to create an organization from my server in a manner that is detached from a user session (e.g. background task, and/or elevated admin interface). Is that possible? https://better-auth.com/docs/plugins/organization#api-method-organization-create seems to mention headers are required.

do you know the owner of the org at runtime? You do not need headers if you can just pass the
userId
