Restoring Unraid Immich from backup

Usage🗄️Server☑️ReadyI have immich running in docker compose and i accidently wiped my cache drive no big deal as the backups are saved. im trying to restore immich and i keep getting this error. in the picture heres my setup for postgres and immich env but whe i try to use the old postgres username and pw immich wont start the original postgres was db:immich3 username:postgres3 pw:postgres3
my file directory for postgres was like this it used to have postgres postgres. Basically im trying to restore from a backup from march 16, 2026 and i cant i keep getting either the error above when attempting to restore or the app doesnt load when i change postgres back to the original postgres postgres immich3
any help would be greeatly appreciated im very lost just note i do have a backup from before the wip so the easiest way to restore i would be very greatful
