How to make a Custom message box?

For: Visual studio's windows forms
What is it?
-A form containing one button and one label
-Have the constructor method for the form be called with a string
-set the label to equal the string
-warp the scale of form to be based on how big the label is, with room at the bottom for the button
-A border of a flat colour
please help this is such a small part of my project and its so hard and i cant get it to work
