Hi Supabase team,
One of our employees accidentally deleted our Supabase project, “funnelway-v2,” from our startup account. This was the only project hosting the database that stores all of our production data.
We cannot overstate how serious this situation is. This single action has effectively taken down our SaaS and left us unable to serve or support our clients. Our entire operation is currently impacted.
This was an unintended internal mistake, but the consequences are critical for our business. We urgently need your help to determine whether this project can be restored as soon as possible.
