DELETED DATA - RECOVERABLE?

Hi team — I accidentally ran a DELETE on my options_quotes table that removed ~1.9M rows of historical data (greeks, IV snapshots going back to Jan 16). I then ran VACUUM ANALYZE so the dead tuples are gone. My project ref is gxtjjabmctbelagkhjzz and I'm on the Free plan.
The deletion happened today (March 19) around 14:55 UTC. I know daily backups exist for all plans — is there any way to restore just this one table from today's daily backup (which should have been taken before the deletion)?
I'm happy to upgrade to Pro if that gives me access to the backup. I just need to confirm the backup from before the deletion still exists before I pay. The data contains historical options greeks and implied volatility that can't be re-fetched from our data provider (Polygon) — they only serve greeks on live snapshots, not historically. Any help would be hugely appreciated.
