Enable automatic RLS on table creation

SolvedHello, if i have an existing database, how do i make it enable Row Level Security (RLS) automatically upon table creation so that I dont have to do it manually in the UI? I recently made a new database unrelated and saw a feature that turns this on at database creation but Im not sure where to enable this feature with an existing database.
