What does lack of face_index and clip_index mean?

my (existing/bare-metal) postgres db doesn't have a face_index nor clip_index, but browsing by faces under the explore tab works alright. what should I do?
No Access had informed me that this was NOT okay
i'll be real this is a bare metal setup (i maintain the immich-server AUR package) so i have no idea . i hope the files i'll attach are good enoguh
web, ml versions both 2.6.1 but this weirdness has existed since the first time i tried to upgrade vectorchord (around oct 2025 due to its 1.0 release). my ios app is v2.5.6 though i'm not sure if that's relevant
