Database unresponsive after RLS migration

Problem: After running ALTER TABLE ... ENABLE ROW LEVEL SECURITY and CREATE POLICY on 14 tables, the entire project became unresponsive. Cannot access Table Editor, SQL Editor, reset database password, or load any schemas. All operations return" Connection terminated due to connection timeout".
Need: Please restore database connectivity or help disable RLS on affected tables.
