Unwrapping an Exit into an Effect (inside Effect.gen)
how can I unwrap an Exit that I want to return from an Effect? I.e. I am inside an Effect.gen, have an Exit<A,E>, and now want the entire Effect.gen to be an Effect<A,E>?
