How do I fix machine-learning container "Control server error: Permission denied"?

I run Immich v2.6.2 on TrueNAS Scale. I re-installed Immich recently and notied an error message in the machine-learning container workload log after starting Immich:

I saw the error comes from gunicorn, and that disabling gunicorn control socket fixes the error, but I have no idead how to do that.
How do I fix this? Do I need to fix this?
