How do I draw a dark mode checkbox in WinForms?

The control which I am using the graphics from, and the form has already been set to dark mode with

SetWindowTheme(Handle, "DarkMode_Explorer", null);

SetWindowTheme(Handle, "DarkMode_Explorer", null);

However, when I call

CheckBoxRenderer.DrawCheckBox

CheckBoxRenderer.DrawCheckBox

it is drawing a light mode checkbox, and there doesn't appear to be a parameter to change it.
