When clicking a link on the All questions page, results differ from searching those words or original question's wording

I'm not sure I understand this one, is it that when the cut down version of the all questions result isn't the same as the search result?

The all questions page needs a bit of work, I might make it less of an obvious button since it's mainly meant to be for search engines indexing

The first screenshot is when you click on one of the links from the All Questions page. You can see that while it returns responses from you primarily. However if I type in the exact words from the All Questions page, I get different results
