Weir bug image on db:push
Everything was doing great and all until yesterday when I tried to push some changes to my db using a script that runs

Drizzle Zod refining not working?
Shouldn't this code for zod make an optional field
firstName required?
https://drizzle.run/t2zowcjw5f1xbb5ny7zq2j3n...Accumulating connections
For the longest time, whenever I'm working (in dev) and my app restarts, more often times than not, I will get a connection error because I have achieved the max number of concurrent connections for my PostgreSQL DB (5). I have that limit because I use a free provider for the dev database. The only way to keep working, is to login to the DB's admin panel and kill all the connections.
Problem here is, why the heck is it accumulating connections? It seems to happen randomly, I cannot track exactly when it doesn't close the connections, so I don't know what causes it. I might simply be editing a Handlebars view, which requires server restart, and once it does, there's a chance I've reached the number of connections. WTF is going on?...

Introspect doesn't detect tables in db
I'm porting my project from Prisma to Drizzle, and trying to auto-generate my schemas, tho

What's the difference between "planetscale" and "default" mode on mysql2 client?
There is already a planetscale driver, this is the mysql2 driver. What does mode: "planetscale" do here?

Use findMany or Select with Partial Types?
I'm currently trying to implement a findMany query where I can pass a partial object type (similar to how Prisma allows filtering with partial data) to dynamically construct queries based on the fields provided.
Here is an example of what im trying to do
```
unable to access drizzle studio on windows
Hi,
I'm trying to launch studio for my project on windows machine. And I can't access the url of studio due to some firewall blocking by my company. I tried with localhost url with default port, but it gives 404 error.
How can I see the studio with localhost without using the
https://local.drizzle.studio ? Can someone guide me how to see studio?...Error when attempting to migrate on Windows
Hey, I am working on a project which uses Next.js, TypeScript and Drizzle, I'm running a local, freshly installed Postgres server on my machine, in which I have created a database and granted all permissions for it to user
postgres. I am getting a connection URL from the environment variables (specified in a .env.local file) in the following format: postgres://postgres:postgres@127.0.0.1:5432/<db_name>.
The error I'm getting is this:
```
Migration failed: Error: SASL: SCRAM-SERVER-FIRST-MESSAGE: client password must be a string...error: relation "X" does not exist
Hi I've been trying for awhile and can't seem to figure this out. I converted from prisma to use Drizzle. It works locally in my docker container but when I build my TS project then try run it or deploy it I get the following error...
error: relation "tours" does not exist
export const tours = pgTable("tours", {...
generated columns reference another table
I have a table called users and another called teams. I would like to have users.plan be generated from teams.id === user.team_id and from that team get teams.plan. So pretty much user.plan is generated from the right team plan.
Is this possible?...
PostGIS in a separate schema
I have seen it advised to install postgis in a separate schema, not the public schema.
However, I am running into errors such as "error: function st_dwithin(extensions.geometry, unknown, numeric) does not exist" when trying to query using PostGIS functions.
Does Drizzle support extensions installed in schemas other than public?
If so, how do you set the search_path with Drizzle (I understand it's on a session basis)?...
Maria DB?
Does anyone know when Maria DB will get supported?
I haven't really looked into it, but it seems there's already a pull request, for support for Maria DB

I'm trying to access drizzle studio over a vps near my database location to test latency. I specified host using
