chdir: No such file or directory

I installed softmaker-office via the deb package in a ubuntu environmnet. When I try and open a planmaker (excel file) via dolphin I get an error "chdir: No such file or directory" Opening the app via the command line 'planmakernx.ubuntu' works fine. I would like this to work in dolphin. Can someone help me trouble shoot this?

Problems with external display over hdmi

Is anyone having problems with the video signal on the hdmi? for example, if I right click on the desktop and scroll through the menu, some of the items become transparent, in some cases they become transparent again when I move the mouse over them and in other cases they remain transparent; it is also common that although they do not become transparent at all, if the mouse path becomes transparent. It also happens when I right click on the taskbar. It seems strange to me because on the integrated screen (it is a laptop) I have no problem, the hdmi I have tried with two different cables and screens and the same thing happens. Edit: The problem seems to be only in Plasma, in other applications I don't have the problem....

full disk encryption

I’ve been reading the docs and I can’t see any mentions of setting up full disk encryption while installing blendOS. Does this happen by default when making a password or is it not an option?

I was wondering if the kernel could be changed. I’m specifically asking because I’m thinking of downloading on a surface device, which typically requires the special linux-surface kernel for the touchscreen to work.

Dualboot Windows

Hi I tried several attempts to be sure but the result remains the same for me blendos is installed but the pc does not boot on it If you have any suggestions because I tried ext4 and fat32 for boot and ext4 for system several times but nothing I would love to try this distribution also knowing that on virtual machine I also have this problem, I mean it installs but it always comes back to the installation menu...

Containerized Apps Will Not Launch

Hello, I really do like the concept of the OS and really want it to work. However, it has given me nothing but trouble. Most of the time, a .deb or .rpm install will go through. The deb installations tend to fail more often, but that is a different issue and I can deal with that a bit. What I am struggling with is that the apps installed in a container will not launch. For example, I installed anytype to Fedora and it said that it was installed successfully. When I went to try and launch it, the icon would spin. Initial login not remembering password from installation

Hi, I installed the latest KDE version to a VM. After carefully entering my password and confirming it during the installation, upon rebooting I receive "login failed". I have installed many distros on VM and have never run into this. Ideas?
