Help me remember the name please

Hi im searching a manga/manwha name I remember the story is about a girl who lost both of her parents live at her parents friend and she gonna fell in love with her son, after going out a little she gonna get a cancer at her hearth and gonna need to be operate but the father of her boyfriend gonna tell her to disappear after being operate and prétend the medical operation failed so his son can focus in his medical study and they gonna reunite some years later by coincidence and he gonna stop his study as soon he know what his father did...

Y’all please tell me I’m not crazy and help me find this manga

I only read like half of the first chapter but it’s basically this guy who enters a cafe after a while and there’s this woman who works there and this guy notices the whole cafe revamp since he was last there. The main thing about the chapter is how he ordered a curry and she gave him a fried rice and didn’t even feel guilt. I’m pretty sure it had a romance tag in it too. Please help me out I can’t find it!!

Only I level Up (Solo Leveling)

Back when i first found Only I Level Up i saw this short when shorts released talking about the double dongeon, and i was INVESTED i spent so much time looking for "Only I Level Up" but barely got answers, i gave up then when i found Solo Leveling (the new name) i realised it WAS Only i level up and then i grinded the manhwa in DAYS from chapter 45 (where the anime ended) to 179 (the ending) now.... im reading solo leveling Ragnarock
