Looking for feedback on how this Buck Mason blazer fits, feel like large (first pic) is too wide in shoulders but fits better in body than the medium (second pic) but maybe I’m overthinking. Thanks!

Pants Repair Question
I have a pair of wool trousers that have a hole in the back. It’s about 1 cm x 0.5 cm. I’ve asked a few tailors in my area and it seems like nobody local is offering reweaving services.
Does anybody have any recommendations on how to approach repairing this, as I’d like to give it a try myself? I’ve seen darning mentioned before, but I’m not sure what type of thread I’d use or if that’s even the correct approach....

Decorative wrap belts/kilts/ect
Im not sure the exact name for this type of clothing, but is there any terms or brands i could look to for these decorative midriff wraps?
A lot of what im finding falls under historical costuming (ie: kimonos or hanfu), aprons, or some sort of wrap pants/skirt/dress, which i want to avoid since im just looking for the waistline part to layer over my bottoms. And its a lot of bad quality fabrics that reviews say disintegrate in the wash. No budget, just curious and trying to be a little more fun and dressy...
