Integration and limits
My approach was writing it as $\frac{\int_{x}^{2x}{\frac{sin^{m}(x)}{x^{n}}}}{x} \cdot x$ and then approximating the fraction thing to derivative of integral of $\frac{sin^{m}(x)}{x^{n}}$ which is that function itself, but unable to go on from there.

Resonance struc
How to draw all reso struc for this? More imp, how can we tell number of reso struc of this without drawing all?

Resonance basics
How is this possible? As if the -ve charge goes on the benzene ring then one of the pi bonds will be adjacent to -ve charge, breaking conjugation. So how does this structure have five resonance structures?
